Salon Express 30th Birthday Campaign – Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

  • Entry is only open to Australian residents who reside in WA and are aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (natural or adopted), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

Promotional Period

  • Promotion commences at 9:00am AWST on 1 September 2025 and closes at 5:00pm AWST on 30 September 2025 (“Promotional Period”). After this date, no new entries will be accepted.

How to Enter

  1. In-Salon Hamper Giveaway

    • To enter, clients must receive a salon service at any Salon Express location during the Promotional Period and complete an entry card.

    • One entry per valid tax invoice.

    • Entries will be placed in the draw for a $1,000 luxury hair hamper at each participating salon.

  2. Online Tag & Win Competition

    • To enter online, participants must:

      • Follow the Salon Express Instagram page

      • Like and save the pinned “Tag & Win” reel

      • Comment tagging 3 friends (each comment counts as an entry)

    • Online entries close at 11:59pm AWST on 14 September 2025.

    • Winners drawn on 15 September 2025 will receive one of five luxury hamper packs valued at $400 each.

Prize Details

  • In-Salon: Each Salon Express location will award one $1,000 luxury hair hamper. Draws will be held on 10 October 2025.

  • Online: Five (5) luxury hamper packs valued at $400 each (total prize pool $2,000).

  • Total giveaway prize pool exceeds $20,000.

  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced.

Winner Notification

  • In-Salon winners will be notified via phone/email by 11 October 2025.

  • Online winners will be notified via Instagram DM and announcement on Salon Express’ social accounts on 15 September 2025.

  • Winners must confirm acceptance of prize within 7 days or a redraw will occur.

General Terms

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any individual who the Promoter believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct.

  • If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of the entrant in its sole discretion.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability

  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the promotion.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for: (a) any technical malfunctions; (b) theft or unauthorised access; (c) lost, late, or misdirected entries; or (d) any variation in prize value.

Privacy

  • By entering, participants consent to Salon Express using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in any media for promotional purposes without remuneration, should they be a winner.

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://salonexpress.com.au/privacy-policy/.
