Definitions & Terminology

Loyalty Card Cut - The 4 weekly loyalty card cut. It includes taking up to half an inch off all edges and layers for a short style. For medium to long hair it includes up to half an inch off all one length styles. A loyalty card cut does not include reshaping or layers. All medium to long hair layering is additional to a loyalty cut price and is priced as a basic style cut or fashion cut.

Basic Style Cut - A style cut is the maintenance of all textured, layered, razored or shaped hairstyles.

Fashion Cut - A new style or change of style. It may also be the maintenance of a style cut if the hair is very overdue for a cut and the stylist needs to completely restyle the hair to get it back to its original shape. All texturised or razor cuts are deemed a fashion cut.

Distressed Children Policy

Due to occupational health and safety policies we are unable to attend to children if they become distressed or unable to sit on their own. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

Lice Policy

Due to health and safety policies, we are unable to commence or complete any services in the event that head lice or eggs are found to be present or recently treated. We thank you for your understanding in this matter and also accept our professional diagnosis of this.

Complaints Policy

In the event the service provider and/or Hair Traffic Controller are unable to process a complaint, the complaint must be addressed in writing to the Franchisee. Complaints relating to colour or perm services must be made within seven days of completion of the service.

Shampoo Policy

Please note that if your hair has not been shampooed in the last 24 hours you may be required to have a shampoo service at an additional charge of $5.50. If it is necessary to have your hair washed, your stylist will advise you accordingly.
